“RLH Properties, S.A.B. de C.V.” (hereinafter named “RLH PROPERTIES”) with address at Av. When the Data Subject chooses to pay for their reservation using an American Express card issued outside the territory of Mexico, GRUPO RLH may process the necessary financial data to carry out a manual charge through the accounting department, for the purpose of guaranteeing and confirming the corresponding reservation. Additionally, we may share your name and reservation details with the condominium administrator where our facilities and those of the Resort are located, for the purpose of managing your access. We may also share your data with other entities operating under their own brand within the same facilities, to allow you to access their premises and, where applicable, to enable charges to be billed to your Resort account. Furthermore, we may share your data with third-party providers offering services or recreational activities, in order to coordinate your participation and facilitate the provision of such services.
