Yes. Tickets, including upgraded experiences, are sold through a third-party ticketing partner.

  • Guests staying at Mayakoba do not need to purchase Ground Passes — they are included with the stay.

  • Guests wishing to upgrade to VIP or premium hospitality may purchase elevated ticket options through the ticketing partner once available.

The Fan Zone is a dedicated area designed to enhance the spectator experience during the tournament, featuring:

Yes, the event will have general parking located at the entrance via the dirt road through the gates with fountains of Ciudad Mayakoba. Pedestrian access through the main entrance of Mayakoba is not allowed. Taxi and Uber drop-off will also take place at the general parking area in a designated drop-off zone. For the convenience of attendees, shuttle service will be provided from the parking area to the main entrance of the tournament, known as El Pueblito.

Yes! Up to two children under 14 can enter for free when accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket. This is a great opportunity to enjoy world-class women’s golf in a safe, fun environment, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Riviera Maya. Parents are welcome to bring strollers and any necessary supplies for their infants.

No. El Camaleón Golf Course will be closed April 24 – May 4, 2026 for the LPGA tournament, including tournament play, setup and breakdown. Please view future tee time availability here.
